At Purdey, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our garments and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, you may return it within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization code.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
